Observation

The pea gravel on the playground was not maintained to be 9 inches deep 6 feet around the climbing structures on the preschool playground. The licensor measured in several locations around places from which a child may fall. By the "cave" the gravel was approx. 4 inches deep; at the end of the big slide it was bare "concrete" with no surfacing left; on the sides of the big slides it was close to 8 inches in one spot and no more tha 4 inches in another spot.
